Land Loans
We offer land loans for members who will use the property to build a first or second home, or for personal recreational use.
- Land must be located in the state of Texas
- Land must be unimproved (without any buildings, structures or improvements on it)
- Maximum financing term of 15 years
- Minimum loan amount $50,000
- Maximum loan to value of 80% of the appraisal or selling price, whichever is less
- Only one land loan per member
- Member pays appraisal fees
