To report a lost or stolen debit card, call us at 817-884-1470 so we can put an immediate hold on your debit card/account
To activate a debit card, call 866-985-2273. Your call must be made from the phone number that we have on file. If you are unable to activate your debit card, it is most likely due to outdated contact/phone number information. Contact us at 817.884.1470 for assistance.
