An Inclusive Brand for an Inclusive TCCU
Let’s face it – we’ve come a long way since 1955. Tarrant County’s Credit Union only served Tarrant County employees back then, and while we’re proud of our heritage, TCCU now serves a more diverse community. However, our old brand couldn’t capture our new community’s diversity.
We now serve all residents of Tarrant County, their families and a variety of employee groups. Digital banking also enables us to serve members throughout North Texas, and TCCU’s mission already showcases our new member base. It was time for our brand to catch up to the updated mission.
You’ve undoubtedly seen TCCU’s new logo showcased on our website and social media channels. We’re excited to put forth a new, fresh logo that encapsulates our brand and the many folks and families to whom we are devoted.
Going forward, all products, services and other branding materials will be outfitted with the new TCCU logo. During the transition, you may continue to see the previous logo on things like:
- eBanking, including ePay
- Mobile app
- TCCU ATMs
- Some co-branded links off our website
As these products and services undergo visual changes, their functionality will remain unchanged. You can continue to rely on them for all your financial needs.
Additionally, your debit and credit cards will continue working as normal. It’s unlikely, but if you encounter a problem with your card during this time, you may certainly contact us to issue a new one. You’re encouraged to continue using your current cards until they expire. A card bearing the new logo and fresh design will be mailed to you shortly before your current card’s expiration date.
No action is needed from you.
Our new brand better represents who we are and whom we serve. It showcases our increased technological and digital abilities. It symbolizes our story, our mission – commitment to making financial goals a reality.
